How do I get paid?
You submit invoices through your vendor portal after completing a job. Blueoaks reviews and approves them, and you can track payment status online the whole way.
Do I need insurance?
Yes. Active general liability insurance is required, and we may request a certificate of insurance and your W-9 during onboarding. Some trades also require a current license.
Can I choose which jobs to accept?
Absolutely. Every work order is an offer — you accept or decline, and you can propose a schedule that works for you.
Do I have to pay to join?
No. Joining the Blueoaks vendor network is free. You simply apply, get approved, and start receiving work.
How quickly are invoices paid?
Approved invoices are processed on Blueoaks’ standard payment terms. You always see where each invoice stands in your portal.
